Social Media and Design Coordinator Use your graphic design and social media skills to market and promote our exceptional grief and loss education programs to schools and organisations.
Primary Objectives Supporting the Communications and Design Advisor with brand awareness of MacKillop Seasons to increase program reach and financial sustainability among key target audiences and achieve deliverables for government contracts.Support the marketing of programs and projects to prospective customers (including the education, community services and mental health sectors).Support the development and design of content, relating to MacKillop Seasons' programs, including training and promotional materials, social media and website to key target audiences, in line with the brand strategy.Key result areas and responsibilities Support the MacKillop Seasons strategic communication and design plans.Coordinate the design for a range of internal and external channels – including the MacKillop Seasons website and social media.Coordinate the social media calendar and collaborate with the MacKillop Family Services Community Engagement digital design team to implement posts, identify and deliver advertising opportunities and provide MacKillop Seasons team analysis and regular reporting on outcomes.Support with the content maintenance of the MacKillop Seasons website.Assist with the development and production of new and existing marketing materials in line with the brand strategy and Style Guides to ensure efficient and on-time production, within budget and to a premium standard.Provide design support to Projects in collaboration with the Communications and Design Advisor.Collaborate with the customer experience team to assist in the improvement of the customer training experience and to showcase our work including promotion, training materials and resources.Provide other communications, marketing and design support, as required.This is a non-ongoing 6 month contract located in Frenches Forest NSW Key selection criteria To be successful in this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, graphic design or related discipline is highly preferred, with at least 5 years' experience across a range of skills including marketing and communications, social media, digital communications, design and print experience.A demonstrated ability to develop and coordinate content online.Knowledge of publication design and the publication process from concept to production, for both print and digital materials.Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise and work to tight deadlines.Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively and constructively with multiple stakeholders, and to demonstrate creativity, initiative and effective personal judgement when working alone.Evidence of highly developed competency using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites.A knowledge and understanding of education and mental health initiatives, Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families.Our offer: Generous Salary PackagingOngoing Career Development, Education and TrainingEmployee Assistance Program – free and confidential counselling, coaching and emotional support for work and personal challengesClick HERE to find out more about becoming a member of the MacKillop Family Services team and what further support we have to offer our employees.You must have a: Valid and current Driver's Licence;Satisfactory Criminal History Check (paid for by MacKillop);Valid Employee Working with Children Check;Valid and current NDIS Workers Screening Check (for risk assessed / client facing roles).
