Role Description This is a 3-day-per-week in-office (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) + 1 hour per day WFH on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for community management, hybrid role for a Social Media and Content Creator Co-Ordinator in Melbourne, VIC.
The office is currently in Southbank with onsite parking.
Social Media Develop organic social media strategy for Instagram, Tik Tok and other platforms if necessary, using trends, brand values and marketing insight Create content for all social media platforms - filming, photographing and editing Planning and positing all social media content to platforms Keeping on top of industry trends Reporting and implementing actionable insights Community Management Building online community through regular engagement Responding to all inbox messages and comments across all platforms in timely manner Liaise with influencers and UGC creators Marketing Coordinator Has some understanding of social media advertising Assist with setting up ads Assist with event set up when required Assist with email campaign setup when required Skills Strong understanding of all main social platforms - Meta/Tik Tok Ability to think creatively about content ideas and implement Can-do, go-getter attitude Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite Strong understanding of Adobe Suite/Photoshop/Premiere Pro Strong understanding of analytics and statistics Strong understanding of copywriting Highly organised and takes initiative Strong understanding of video and photo editing #J-18808-Ljbffr
