About the role ANNEES is on the hunt for a creative and organised Social Media and Content Coordinator to bring our brand to life online. What you'll do Content DevelopmentCreate captivating content for social media, email newsletters, website copy, and blog posts that reflect ANNEES' personality.Keep content fresh and engaging, always aligned with ANNEES' brand voice and strategic goals.Identify ANNEES Ambassadors and Partners to develop co-branded content, building relationships to maximise engagement and exposure.Content ManagementMaintain a detailed content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic publishing.Schedule, post, and monitor content to keep our social feeds active and on-brand.Organise and manage ANNEES content library for easy access and collaboration.Update and refresh existing content to keep it relevant and impactful.Social Media Account ManagementManage ANNEES' social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), implementing platform-specific strategies to grow our audience and boost engagement.Track social media trends and bring fresh ideas to keep ANNEES ahead of the game.Collaborate across teams to implement campaigns, promotions and key messages to ANNEES social channels.Community ManagementBe the voice of ANNEES: engage with our online community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions with authenticity and warmth.Collect and analyse guest feedback, turning insights into actionable improvements.Handle guest feedback with care and professionalism, ensuring every issue is resolved and every guest feels valued.Build connections with ANNEES guests and audience, transforming them into ANNEES Lovers.What We're Looking For A social media guru who lives for creating engaging content and connecting with online communities.Experience managing social media accounts and content creation (bonus points if it's in retail or hospitality).A strong organiser who can juggle multiple projects and keep everything running smoothly.Top-notch communication skills, both written and visual.Proficiency in social media tools, scheduling software, and design and editing programs (e.g., Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite, CapCut).Why you should join the A-Team What does it mean to be on the A-Team?
