About the Opportunity As Social Media Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for the creation, implementation, reporting and optimisation of social media advertising campaigns across various platforms. In this newly created role, you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse product set and work in a team that drives innovation and performance.
This could be just the right role for you You will manage the social media advertising across our home, motoring, and leisure product divisions and increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates. Day to day responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute social media strategies for both BAU and ad-hoc campaigns, that are aligned with overall marketing objectives. Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others Work with internal stakeholders to boost visibility of organic page content Monitor campaign performance using advertising platforms and analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of advertising efforts Proactively identify opportunities to optimise ad performance through elements such as audience targeting, ad creative, and budget management Conduct A/B testing of ad elements to refine and enhance campaign performance Develop and manage campaign templates and processes including media recommendations, media plans and reports Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaign strategies Provide and present regular reporting with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement Adapt strategies to incorporate emerging best practices, technologies and platforms Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing key insights and knowledge with the wider marketing team What you'll need to be successful Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field Proven experience in social media advertising (prior experience in an Advertising Agency is highly desired) Proficiency with advertising tools and platforms including Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager Proficiency with the implementation of marketing tracking and ad measurement Excellent written and communication skills A creative and analytics mindset with a passion for staying update on industry trends Strong stakeholder management and a collaborative, team player The RACV difference We believe that maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace is an important element in our continued success.
