Why This Role is Exciting: Work with the Biggest Names in Beauty: From L'Oréal Paris to Maybelline and Kiehl's, you'll lead influencer marketing for the world's most iconic beauty brands.Drive Industry Innovation: Push the boundaries of social media, beauty tech, and influencer marketing by leveraging cutting-edge strategies and emerging platforms.What You'll Do: As the Social and Influencer Manager for the prestigious L'Oréal Groupe, you will play a pivotal role in activating innovative, high-impact campaigns across L'Oréal's 32 beauty brands. You'll collaborate closely with your team to elevate brand presence through social media channels and influencer partnerships, ensuring that each campaign achieves its goals and resonates with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Activation: Develop and implement social media and influencer marketing strategies that align with L'Oréal's brand objectives and drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.Influencer Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key influencers and content creators, ensuring authentic brand collaborations.Content Development: Work with the team to ideate and produce compelling content across social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.Social Media Management: Oversee day-to-day management of L'Oréal's social media accounts, ensuring that content is posted in line with the campaign calendar and drives engagement.Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of social media and influencer campaigns using analytics tools.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends and emerging influencers to continually innovate L'Oréal's approach.Budget Management: Manage budgets for social media and influencer activations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Skills You Bring: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Strong relationship-building skills with influencers and internal teams.Proactive, with a problem-solving attitude and an eye for detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to prioritise effectively across multiple campaigns.Ability to write PCRs with minimal feedback and present insights to clients confidently.Wavemaker - Inclusive policies: Flexible work environmentInclusive parental leave policyDiscounts and corporate benefitsContinuous training and development opportunitiesResearch shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don't apply for roles if they don't meet all the criteria.
