Why This Role is Exciting: Work with the Biggest Names in Beauty: From L'Oréal Paris to Maybelline and Kiehl's, you'll lead influencer marketing for the world's most iconic beauty brands and categories.Drive Industry Innovation: Push the boundaries of social media, beauty tech, and influencer marketing by leveraging cutting-edge strategies and emerging platforms.What You'll Do: As a Social and Influencer Executive for the prestigious L'Oréal Groupe, you will support the execution of impactful campaigns across L'Oréal's 32 beauty brands. You will manage day-to-day communication with influencers and ensure that we deliver best in class end-to-end campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Activation: Support the implementation of social media and influencer strategies that align with L'Oréal's brand objectives.Influencer Management: Assist in identifying and coordinating with influencers to ensure authentic brand collaborations.Content Development: Collaborate on content ideas and support the production of compelling content across social platforms.Product Seeding: Implement product seeding strategies to support brand campaigns and new product launches.Social Media Management: Aid in the day-to-day management of L'Oréal's social media accounts.Performance Analysis & Reporting: Assist with monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using analytics tools.Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on social media trends and provide insights to innovate L'Oréal's social media approach.Skills You Bring: Passion for social media and influencer marketing.Clear communication skills and ability to provide regular updates.Understanding of campaign requirements and influencer selection.Familiarity with reporting templates and technology.Ability to build strong relationships with talent agents and influencers.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong prioritization skills.Wavemaker - Inclusive policies Flexible work environmentInclusive parental leave policyDiscounts and corporate benefitsContinuous training and development opportunitiesApply Now for WPP's Beauty Tech Labs and join the future of beauty marketing for L'Oréal Groupe.
