Lightmare Studios runs a Social Games Community for Australians with disabilities in a cooperative online games environment featuring social activities. We are seeking three experienced and dedicated Salespeople with a passion for gaming, to drive the growth of the Social Games Community throughout each of: NSW, SA and VIC.
You will receive world-class specialised sales training and primarily work from home via your home computer. Your PC/Laptop/Mac must be capable of running multiple programs at once, running video calls, and having a stable internet connection. Most standard gaming computers can do this. Successful applicants must possess high-level people skills, emotional intelligence, and social fluidity. They should have sound soft skills, a compassionate approach to others, and an ability to interact smoothly with potential clients, including those with a range of disabilities. They should be at home in a friendly and collegial work environment.
We offer a meaningful space for those living with a disability and collectible card gamers to learn, play & collaborate over strategy game development & social games. We constantly support others in obtaining the experience and skills they need, devotion to our card game products that most resonate, and having an engaging and epic time along the way.

Warm Lead actioning to identify those with a disability interested in the social games program. Coordinating a free discovery session with potential participants (and Support Coordinators if they have them) to join the social games program. Attendance of Expos and Local Community Meets. Potential attendance of between 1 and 5 expos a month, normally within the salesperson's respective state. Lightmare Studios offers a competitive starting salary and a generous bonus structure based on the number of people that an onboarding specialist brings into the Social Games program, scaling with success. This is a High-Level Sales Role.
Experience working with Disability or Lived Experience with Disability is preferred.
