We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Social Enterprise Lead to deliver programs, services, and initiatives that innovatively respond to the needs of social enterprises and local community challenges to align with organisational objectives. This includes leading Banyule's award-winning Social Enterprise Partnership Program and Social Enterprise Support Service, as well as working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop new partnerships and projects.
Skills, Experience, and Certificates:
Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline or lesser qualifications with relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in supporting inclusive and social enterprises or a strong understanding of the social enterprise sector.
Demonstrated experience in developing and managing stakeholders and partnerships.
Demonstrated knowledge and skill in project management.
Demonstrated experience working with diverse communities.
