The Company:This is a national organisation who have offices in Brisbane as well as on the Sunshine Coast and for this role, you can be based at either!The Role:This role will play a key part in support and maintenance of core physical IT infrastructure and on top of that, you will help refine processes and close the gaps by using automation in the form of Powershell.Skills that the hiring manager is looking for:Experienced in Powershell scripting and automation.Experienced in managing patch deployment automation.Experience with managing virtualised infrastructure within multiple data centres. Specifically, Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware experience.Experienced with deploying and managing server operating systems (Windows Server 2016 & 2019 and Linux Red Hat).Experienced in Networking, Security and SAN Storage.Knowledge in the administration of monitoring solutions such as New Relic and Splunk.Level 3 troubleshooting for incidents of server infrastructure.Experienced in managing Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, IIS, Exchange and SQL.This role will suit an experienced candidate who loves working in a team that allows autonomy, wants you to speak up and take ownership and bring ideas to the table.
