Responsibilities: Providing specialist SMSF accounting and administration in accordance with regulatory and legislative requirements.The ability to work with minimal guidance on basic compliance jobs.Proactive approach for queries/doubt solving.Research undertaken on various superannuation related matters, subject to the review of a senior.Prompt and collaborative communication with accounting team members to achieve the collective goal of providing high quality results for clients.RequirementsCandidate attitude and approach: Ability to clearly express ideas and have a deep desire to understand how things work.Accuracy and attention to detail is central to your daily approach.Values learning and team collaboration.Academic Qualifications and experience: CA/CMA/Inter-CA and CMA (not pursuing further study).M.com/MBA (Having experience in accounts can apply).Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a KPO based role in Australia preferably for SMSF.
