What you bring to the table:
CA/CPA qualified, with a minimum of 6+ years' experience in an Australian accounting firm.Proven expertise managing a portfolio of business services clients.A passion for innovation and technology, and a focus on creating value for clients.Leadership experience, including reviewing work, training, and mentoring staff.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.Your RoleAs a Business Services Manager at SPA Accounting, you'll lead a team and manage a diverse client portfolio spanning various industries and business structures. Your focus will be on helping clients achieve their financial goals through strategic advisory services, such as:
Business planning and goal setting.Strategic advice and succession planning.You'll leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality financial insights while fostering an environment of continuous improvement for your team.
