Responsibilities include: Plan and carry out supervision and monitoring in accordance with the requirements of awarded contracts and the associated project and safety documentation.Interpret and clarify contract/project specifications and drawings.Liaise with Clients and operational groups on associated work as required.Review project work and performance, providing progress reports to the Construction Manager, Project Manager, HSEQ Manager, and others as directed.Monitor project work disputes and negotiate satisfactory expected outcomes.Maintain up-to-date and accurate information and records of project works and safety requirements to ensure effective management.To be successful in this role, you will possess: Trade background or relevant mining and construction experiencePrevious Supervisory ExperienceAbility to undertake training identified as desirable belowAbility to read and understand isometric drawings.Piping experience strongly preferred.Fabrication background preferred.Structural steel assembly experience preferred.Australian "C" class driver's licenceHigh Risk Work Licence – WPOHS Construction White CardWorking at HeightsConfined SpaceSection 26 (or willing to attain)What we will offer you: Growth OrganisationSalary Sacrificing OptionsHealth Insurance Benefits – Knock 10% off premium with BUPA, HBF or HCFAccess to a number of Salary Sacrificing Benefits – airport parking, novated lease etc.Ongoing Training and Development.
