We are currently seeking the services of an SMP Supervisor to join our team for ongoing Shutdown works based in the South West. Working a week about roster (with the opportunity for other works during the off week if preferred), this is a great role to transition into a supervisory role for some looking for the next step in their career, or an opportunity for those looking to slow down and work part-time in the industry.Position Responsibilities:Excellent working knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety.Coordination and delegation of work to your crew.Strong leadership and communication skills.Liaise and form relationships with long standing Clients.Understand and implement Quality control techniques.Mentor and develop personnel within the crew.Skills & Experience:Section 26 course and successful exam preferred, but not essential.
