Additional Information: SCHN is seeking a dynamic and experienced Smartchain Change Lead to transform its end-to-end supply chain processes with a digital solution. It is essential this position can lead, project manage and work autonomously in a high paced environment.
The successful applicant will need to be able to upskill quickly and work independently. The objective of the role is to transform the way data is collected, used and managed. This will ensure decision making is based on reliable information facilitating a reduction in re-occurring costs and improved accuracy and visibility of data.
What you'll be doing The SmartChain Change Implementation Lead will deliver change management activities to support the implementation of SmartChain solution/systems across The Sydney Children's Hospital Network.
This role will be responsible for stakeholder management, generating buy-in to the solution, ensuring organisational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness.
This role will support Procurement and Contract requirements for the Network.
Proven achievement in implementing change initiatives in a large and complex service industry organisation, this will also include relevant change management qualifications or equivalent experience with various change management methodologies especially in Procurement/ Contract Management and Supply chain Management.Experience with stakeholder analysis, undertaking impact assessments and change readiness analysis with the capability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills demonstrated ability to champion transformation across diverse stakeholder groups.Analytical skills to interpret information and make informed decisions to achieve outcomes. Demonstrated experience in procurement spend analysis.Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing timelines and priorities within a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated high level of interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders.Evidence of a current unrestricted driver's licence and the ability to maintain.
