About the RoleAs a Small Business Lending Specialist in our Commercial Servicing Team, you'll play a key role in helping to fulfill small business customer needs with products such as business packages and business credit cards. This role consists of responding to customer enquiries and managing requests.

What will your day look like?As a Small Business Consultant, you will support the Commercial Servicing Team for Business Banking and Small Business Banking requests. Your tasks will include case management, processing servicing requests, tracing requests, statement requests, address maintenance, limiting cancellations, managing IG acceptance, check book and deposit book ordering, and conducting trust reviews.

What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Strong background in risk and controls posture, preferably with experience in a fast-paced Service Center environment
• Customer service focus and ability to complete activities across multiple customer and external parties, delivering the highest level of customer service by ensuring that all security releases and variations are within service level agreements
• Demonstrate flexibility and open-mindedness in viewing various perspectives, constantly looking to improve processes and encourage advancement, displaying a strong sense of accountability and self-management in fulfilling work responsibilities
• Intermediate to Advance Level in Excel
• Knowledge in navigation of DOS based system (CAP) and other core banking systems
