With a strong focus on 'making it easy' for customers, your team will provide holistic support to customers at all stages of their business cycle, including residential and commercial lending, cashflow solutions and other strategic, transactional, and servicing needs.
This is achieved through maintaining the customer as core focus and providing exceptional service and accountability.
Typically, your days will include: You will play an important role in retaining and growing a portfolio of existing small business customers in conjunction with acquiring new business through external relationships.Grow revenue and drive customer advocacy, to increase the portion of customers who consider NAB to be their Bank of Choice.Manage small business lending requests up to $1.5 million, and home lending up to $5 million.Having personal and meaningful conversations with our small business customers and referral partners to provide an integrated customer experience.Creating strong and lasting partnerships with our branch colleagues, the wider NAB group and externally with referral networks and brokers.Working together as a team performing credit analysis and approving requests for temporary excesses/increased limits up to your Delegated Commitment Authority (DCA).Assessing economic value and risk potential of new business to NAB.Providing expertise and insights about business options whilst tempered with a balance for risk for growth and innovation.To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Business and/or Retail/Lending banking and financial experience.Excellent understanding of the SME Market and local area knowledge.Strong customer and relationship management.Problem-solving, time management, critical thinking and negotiation skills.Make a difference through your workAt NAB, we work together to deliver exceptional outcomes that exceed our customers' expectations.
