Personal Injury Lawyer – Queensland CTP Claims (Graduate – 2 years PAE) Littles Lawyers is a specialist personal injury law firm with offices in Sydney,
Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Melbourne. We work on a "no win-no fee" basis
and represent clients in relation to motor vehicle accidents, workplace
incidents, public liability incidents, institutional abuse, general insurance

We are expanding our Queensland CTP team and are seeking a law graduate or lawyer with up to 2 years post admission experience. In this role, you will enjoy extensive client exposure and flexible work arrangements.
Your key duties will be:
Actively managing Queensland CTP files under the guidance of an experienced mentor. Directly liaising with clients and relevant stakeholders. Attending court, mediations, and settlement conferences. Briefing Counsel and experts. Preparing and reviewing legal documentation. Building relationships and networks to generate your own referrals. About You
Graduate or lawyer with up to 2 years post admission experience. An ability to relate to people at all levels and work efficiently and proactively. Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail. Great organisational and time management skills. A demonstrated ability to build effective networks and relationships. The ability to communicate in a second language is a bonus. Why Join Littles?
