We are currently seeking a Mathematics or Science Teacher to join our team at the Bathurst campus in NSW.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that students at Skillset Senior College receive the highest engagement and quality educational experience, tailored to meet their individual needs and aspirations.

As a teacher at Skillset Senior College, your role will involve creating and delivering engaging lessons that inspire students to build the skills and knowledge for success, both academically and beyond. Our teachers play a critical role in providing an enriching and effective educational experience that meets NESA and other funding bodies requirements, while also fostering the personal and academic growth of each student.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS The following are minimum requirements for the position:
Experience teaching Year 10 Mathematics, Mathematics Standard 1 or higher (equivalent experience also recognised), OR Experience teaching Year 10 Science Relevant tertiary qualifications of either Bachelor of Education or Diploma of Education Effective classroom management with innovative and engaging teaching A team player with excellent interpersonal skills Class C Drivers licence Paid Working with Children's Check Current Police Check Clearance DESIRABLE Passion for the philosophy of Alternative Education Sound crisis management skills Previous experience working within a school environment, particularly with vulnerable students BENEFITS Join a supportive and collaborative team culture Scope to teach creatively Work within a team to deliver high quality educational experiences At Skillset Senior College, we have the privilege of supporting students who bring diverse and often challenging life experiences.
