Position Information: This leadership role focuses on coordinating employee training and guiding a diverse team to deliver exceptional, customised care. You'll identify educational needs, foster collaboration, and implement innovative learning methods with the support of the RFBI Learning and Development Team. Essential skills include outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience in nursing education, clinical training, or curriculum development. Responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, coordinating educational efforts, and mentoring staff. The role offers opportunities for personal growth and leadership in a supportive, cross-functional team environment.
Key responsibilities in this position will include: Driving and supporting best-practice clinical care, comfort, and person-centred support to our residents. Support learning needs alongside Registered Nurse, Care staff and our broader dynamic team. Evaluating learning needs and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to support our continuous professional development approach. Overseeing and supporting staff with assessment, documentation, and provision of person-centred care. Coordinate employee training within the village and provide proactive/interactive education sessions. To be successful in the role, you will have: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Excellent people and clinical skills 2+ years previous experience in Aged Care Demonstrated experience in an educator role Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of iCare Experience in undertaking aged care funding instrument (ANACC) assessments and submissions would be desirable What's on offer :
