Skilled Non-Trade Butcher Being a butcher in our stores is not just about preparing and presenting prime cut meats, you will be a part of a larger fresh team where you will utilise your people skills, knowledge and provide an exceptional experience to our customers who visit our fresh meat, deli and seafood departments each and every day.
Key responsibilities include: Competent in slicing and preparing products according to Woolworths specifications Consistent execution of merchandising standards, planograms and layouts Effective communication skills to enable you to communicate clearly with our customers and team Share and provide knowledge and recommendations on cooking tips, storage and handling of products Ability to coach and mentor our upcoming talent Role model how to operate in a safe, clean environment including trade floor, cabinets, prep area and back of house Follow company specification sheets Ability to be able to use or learn how to use computer applications and equipment To be eligible for this position you will need evidence of: Australian Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher or equivalent) Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia Current Industry experience (3 - 5 years preferred) Woolworths, a job is never just a job.

When you will be needed Monday 07:00:00-12:00:00, Tuesday 07:00:00-12:00:00, Wednesday 07:00:00-12:00:00 and Friday 07:00:00-19:00:00 .
