Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedFlagship Store Managers
to join our teams/stores in the Western Suburbs of Sydney! As a Flagship Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and uphold the Skechers brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Drive sales through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ Years) as a Senior Store Manager, Flagship Store Manager, Multi-Site Manager or similar leadership role in retail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of footwear and fashion trends is a plus.
Competitive salary of up to $90,000.00 Package and performance-based incentives.
