The ENcome group is an independent service provider for the operation of photovoltaic power plants with a clear focus on Operation and Maintenance (O&M), Technical Asset Management (TAM), as well as Engineering & Advisory services. Since its introduction to the Australian market in 2017, ENcome has expanded its operational base to include 600MWp of O&M capacity with sites in Queensland and New South Wales. With a professional team of highly qualified employees, supported by a 24/7 Control Room, ENcome ensures the maximum yield for each PV power plant. 
Due to strong growth, we are seeking experienced, flexible and highly motivated individual to support our ENcome AU team based at Dubbo/Narromine solar farm sites, Central NSW region. 
Execute maintenance and service work at PV installations, including but not limited to:
All site works, including preventative maintenance program, corrective maintenance, project works or other tasks as assigned by Site Manager or Solar Asset ManagerReplacement of key components, such as module and inverter componentsMaintenance of inverters and associated electrical componentsConfiguration of datalogger and communication equipmentPromptly locate, respond to, and execute necessary repairs of faulty equipmentTimely documentation of each site visit and works performed using supplied frameworkCarry out due diligence site and paperwork inspectionsCarry out necessary and appropriate additional work and retro-fittings for PV installationsInterface with, and management of subcontractors and other workers on site, including site inductions, daily pre-start meetings, on-site civil works, etc.Continuous reporting of work status and scheduling to Site Manager and Solar Asset Manager, including complete and detailed documentation of all work performed, involving daily time tracking and use of CMMSWHS reporting and adherence to WHS protocols as established by the site and ENcome policyAbout You:  Experience in the field of and passion for renewable energies, preferably large-scale solar photovoltaics installationsProven experience to efficiently execute tasks in compliance with a maintenance planStrong organisation skills with excellent problem solving and effective communication skills with proficient verbal and written EnglishDemonstrate strong software and general IT skills, e.g., proficient in Microsoft Office, exposure to data analytics tools and SCADA systemsBe reliable, organised and team focused with a tenacious, can-do approachA structured and organised work styleDemonstrate care with all works and tasksHave a strong desire to exceeding expectationsWilling to travel to clients and projects in regional Australia and occasionally work out of business hours, when requiredExperience/Qualifications:  Prefer 5-10 years' experience as an industrial electrician working on Low Voltage (LV) systems, as well as High Voltage Switching Operator experienceExperience working on DC electrical systemsExperience with Data Communications (optic fibre, SCADA, data logger, routers, data bus system, internet connection)Proven experience efficiently executing tasks as defined by a maintenance planDemonstrated strong organisation skills with excellent problem solving and effective communication skillsA valid Electrical Qualification for performing all electrical works relevant to Solar Farms and the respective Australian stateA valid Driver's LicenceRelevant Safety Certifications – White cardValid First Aid & Low Voltage Rescue / Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (LVR/CPR) accreditation, as well as High Voltage Switching Operations (HSVO) Certificate (Desired but not essential)Must be a permanent Australian resident with rights to work in AustraliaBenefits and perks Collaborate with an international and dynamic teamWork with a market leader in solar O&MFlexible working hours and modern equipmentEmployee Assistance Program Training for professional development providedRoster 5/2 full-time permanent position available to the right candidate
