Having been established for 15 years, they're a privately owned business that partners with talented tradespeople and trusted suppliers.This is an opportunity for 3 supervisors to join a growing business, with a portfolio of homes to manage either in Alkimos, Ellenbrook or Byford.The Role:

Reporting to the leadership team, you will have the responsibility for:Supervise and manage the construction of single storey homesAllocate materials and trades to job sitesEnsure timely construction of new homesEffectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional mannerInspect completed projects to ensure the highest standard of quality is deliveredMaintain and update company systems via iPad and laptopNegotiate with subcontractors and coordinate onsite worksIdentify and resolve problems throughout the construction processWhat's in it for you?
