Site Supervisor X 2 - $25M Aged Care Project - Builder/Developer

Busy Aged Care Builder/Developer are looking for 2 Site Supervisor's for a $25m Aged Care project in Canberra.This company are great to work for, very financially stable and have a strong pipeline of work for years to come.They are seeking people who have a carpentry background and this would suit a Leading Hand looking to step up.As the Site Supervisor, you will work closely with the Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating subcontractors, and communicating effectively with the project team.Responsibilities: Assist the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising all construction activities Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Oversee the excavation, structure and finishes phases of the project Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Monitor project progress and report to the Site Manager on a regular basis Act as a mentor to junior staff, preparing them for future leadership roles Requirements: Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor/Foreman delivering projects in excess of $10m Carpentry background Previous experience with Tier 1-2 or well known Tier 3 construction companies Good proven tenure at previous companies  Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills Proficiency in managing excavation, structure and finishes phases of construction projects A can do attitude and good work ethic.Ability to effectively lead a team and solve problems under pressure Benefits  Work for a business that is delivering continuous work and has a great workplace culture Strong leadership team and support from senior management  Clear progression opportunities  Family like culture  Gain exposure on different types of projects - Builder/Developer Work with some of the industries best If you feel this is the role for you please get in touch with Alex Mitchell: 0449991120 / ******
