Perth Fitout is offering a casual or permanent site supervision role managing a wide range of De-Fit/Fitout and Base Build works in major Perth Shopping Centres.
The role will be required as of January 2025, with the start date having some flexibility.
It will be your responsibility to coordinate with our Project Manager, Director, Administration and On-Site Employees to deliver our projects from receipt to handover.
You will be responsible for coordinating and booking trades, labour, materials, and all other aspects of day-to-day operations on site in conjunction with our admin and scheduling team.
You will ensure the onsite team adheres to a high standard of work and completes jobs to the clients' specifications and within their OH&S requirements.
Please note this is not a 'behind the desk' role; it will be site-based, and you will be required to manually work onsite with the team as needed.
RequirementsA strong work history - Trade qualified in carpentry or shopfitting with at least 4 years on-site shopfitting experience.
The ability to work some nightworks on occasion. Most works on site are conducted between the hours of 5.00am and 3.00pm, but due to the nature of working within shopping centres, some nights will be required.
Well organized and able to pre-empt scheduling requirements for labour and material in advance but also able to rearrange at a moment's notice if needed.
A strong work ethic and team player – you must lead by example with your attitude, attention to detail, safety practices, and your finishing standards.
White card and current driver's license and vehicle.
Remuneration will be discussed in line with your experience and qualifications.
