We currently have an opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our team. This position will support the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV), which is a 50/50 joint venture between Downer and CPB Contractors to undertake major upgrades and replacement of existing infrastructure and facilities.
We are seeking candidates with a Security Clearance to be part of our team on the redevelopment project, covering the Albury Wodonga Military Area, Blamey Barracks (Kapooka) and the RAAF Base Wagga.
What you'll bring Hold or able to obtain a Government Security Clearance (must have) AQF Certificate III in Construction (or equivalent) and a trade-based certification. Extensive relevant experience in a supervisor capacity. Managed self and resources to deliver work to the value between $10M and $50M. Applying principles of construction to deliver works in accordance with scope of works technical criteria (SWTC). Demonstrated commercial experience to include planning up to 1 month ahead and monitoring cost and time of resources within area of accountability. Defence experience is preferred but not mandatory. More than anything, you'll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit and our clients.
