Site Supervisor (Roofing)

Stoddart Group are a leading supplier and installer of products to the residential building industry.
A leader in what we do, Stoddart are the often unseen but ever-present backbone of the construction of a new home.
This role is part of our Roofing Division.
Specialising in metal fascia, gutter and roofing, this division is the bustling heart of Stoddart Group and works closely with our amazing builders to ensure we're an efficient and valuable part of their build.

We are looking for a motivated, trade-qualified Site Supervisor, who is proactive, safety conscious and able to give direction to come on board for our Roofing Division.
This role will support and service the Port Macquarie region in New South Wales.
Come off the tools and utilise your skills in this role to oversee and supervise contractors in roofing!
To be successful in this role, you must be able to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority in a high-pressure environment.

Duties of the role include (but certainly are not limited to):
Management and supervision of product installers and subcontractors on site (no direct reports) Site measures Conducting Pre and Post inspections on work Overseeing and reviewing quality of work Providing technical advice and support Solving issues to ensure customer satisfaction Lead by example on safety matters Managing System Apps Ideal candidate attributes:
Extensive construction or building experience, primarily in metal roofing, fascia & gutter High level attention to detail Ability to forward plan and troubleshoot Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Exceptional time management and organisational skills General Construction Induction Card (White Card) What's on Offer:
