About us
We are ARQO Building. We have a focus on renovations, extensions and custom homes and are dedicated to delivering high-end results to our clients both in their finished home and their entire build experience. Due to recent growth we have a need for an additional site supervisor. This role would be to project manage half of the builds that come through ARQO along with our current site supervisor. We average around 5-10 builds a year with 4-5 builds in construction at any one time. Your role would be to manage your jobs from pre-construction commencement through to completion.
You would be supported by the director, operations manager, and construction manager and have a dedicated and experienced leading hand for each site as well as a well-established pool of subcontractors to draw from.
At ARQO Building, we aren't interested in building just for the sake of building. We want to build something special, we take a lot of pride in what we do and we only want people with great attention to detail and passion for residential construction to apply. We predominantly deal with projects in the 800k – 2M range and require someone with the skillset required to deliver these projects to the highest quality to our clients.
