About the role

As a Site Supervisor (on the tools) at Ascot Group, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects in Maryborough/Hervey Bay/Sunshine Coast regions of Queensland. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for working on the tools as a Carpenter,  managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing Coordinate and supervise the work of construction teams on-siteWorking on the tools as a CarpenterMonitor and maintain quality control, health and safety standardsLiaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project deliveryIdentify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during constructionProvide hands-on support and guidance to construction workers as neededMaintain accurate records and documentation for project progress and complianceContribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and methodsWhat we're looking for Skilled Carpenter with Site Supervisory / Leading hand experience Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholdersProven ability to problem-solve, make decisions and think strategicallyCommitment to upholding health, safety and quality standardsRelevant qualifications in construction management or a related fieldWhat we offer
