Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-value residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess a trade background coupled with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior site management role either working on luxury homes ($5m +) or Site Management experience working across luxury apartment developments. Being able to drive a job is critical; high attention to detail, expertise in managing high-end finishing trades, and a dedication to delivering excellence are paramount. Key Responsibilities

Manage the construction of homes ranging from $5-$15m, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Oversee all on-site activities, including subcontractor coordination, material procurement, and site safety. Collaborate closely with the Director to address project challenges and optimise performance. Uphold a strong focus on customer service, providing clients with a seamless experience from design inception to project completion. Maintain strong industry relationships and uphold the company's reputation for excellence through meticulous project execution.
