Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-value residential projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a trade background coupled with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior site management role either working on luxury homes ($5m +) or Site Management experience working across luxury apartment developments.
Being able to drive a job is critical; high attention to detail, expertise in managing high-end finishing trades, and a dedication to delivering excellence are paramount.
