As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team and help lead our projects to success.
Role Overview: As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee and manage between 3-6 landscape projects at any given time, responsible for the team onsite and working directly with the Project Manager and General Manager. You'll ensure the smooth operation of daily site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage landscape projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and to specifications.Supervise and direct trades and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely.Enforce safety standards on-site to protect staff and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Coordinate with the Project Manager and General Manager to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.Manage daily operations, resolving any issues that may arise on-site, and ensuring the project team is aligned and productive.Maintain high-quality standards of work, ensuring all projects meet client expectations.Key Requirements: Trade Qualified in a relevant fieldLandscape or Landscape Management experience is preferred.Minimum of 5 years' trade experience in the landscape industry.Own tools and a reliable vehicle.Current Driver's Licence and the ability to travel to multiple job sites.White CardWhat You'll Get: Competitive Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications) + superannuationCompany Credit Card for fuel and travel.Career Progression: Opportunities for growth and development within the company.Supportive team environmentJoin a dynamic team that values safety, quality, and professionalism.
