Site Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our expanding team. At Unique Style Homes, we pride ourselves on the delivery of high-quality residential design and construction projects.
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:
Preparing schedules Trade allocation Conducting trades & client site meetings Materials purchasing Supplier liaison Carrying out quality control at each stage of the construction schedule, ensuring compliance with industry standards and the director's expectations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid work history with extensive experience in construction and supervision.
The applicant must have proven knowledge and understanding of government regulations and the Building Code of Australia. Also required is the ability to work without supervision and demonstrate proficiency to meet construction schedule deadlines. The ideal applicant will have trade and supervisor qualifications or be in a position to obtain these.
