Site Supervisor

Due to a large volume of current & upcoming projects through both private and government projects, GJ Gardner Homes Warrnambool is seeking a Fulltime Site Supervisor to join our team! We are Seeking an experienced and reliable site supervisor who is looking to become an integral part of our business! Key objectives: To ensure our homes are constructed to the highest standards in a timely fashionVisit every site at least twice per weekCheck for all aspects of OHS when visiting sites and ensure sites and workers are safeCall up all subcontractors/suppliers, a week before required, book in and out dateEnsure subcontractors/suppliers have all the necessary information to complete their task (order, plans, variations etc)Ensure the previous trade is finished and their workmanship is up to standardEnsure the site is clean when a contractor leavesEnsure all materials are on site prior to subcontractor needing themCall up customer weeklyAttend weekly construction meeting with franchisee/general manager to update job schedulesApprove invoices for paymentEnsure jobs run to schedule and are completed on timeEnsure homes are complete on handover and customer is happyAttend with urgency and have completed within 5 days, any maintenance issuesCheck home is on correct site and positioned correctly as soon as possible after hoardings are erectedCarry out full OHS audit of each site each month Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
