We are seeking a dedicated Field Supervisor to join the Urban Lighting team.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of field staff, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead urban lighting field operations, ensuring efficient use of resources including vehicles, plant, materials, and personnel. Ensure the timely and safe completion of projects and maintenance work, meeting quality standards and client expectations. Manage labour resources to maintain high productivity and positive industrial relations. Champion Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality management systems across all projects. Address technical challenges and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Maintain and promote the company's image on client worksites and in public areas. Qualifications: Trade qualification relevant to the field of work being supervised (Electrical, Engineering, etc.
). Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Certificate IV in Frontline Management. Current Driver's License. Current White Card. Strong performance and subcontractor management skills. Thorough knowledge of regulatory and industry requirements for prescribed work. Experience in the safe operation of plant and equipment. Understanding of scheduling and traffic management in public thoroughfares. Why Join the team?
