Job Opportunity: Commercial Building Construction Site Supervisor Are you an experienced Construction Site Supervisor with a passion for leading dynamic teams and delivering high-quality commercial building projects?
I am currently looking for a Site Supervisor for a Commercial Construction business, who is about their people and won't view you just as a number. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to oversee the construction of commercial properties from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise daily on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiencyManage contractors, tradespeople, and laborers, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project plansMonitor project progress and ensure alignment with design specifications, budget, and timelinesOversee safety compliance and enforce all relevant health and safety regulationsCoordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and keep projects on trackPrepare and submit daily site reports, track inventory, and ensure proper use of materials and equipmentWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in commercial building constructionStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teamsExcellent knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirementsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprintsEffective communication and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailQualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or a related field preferredExperience in managing commercial building projects, including office buildings, retail complexes, or industrial facilitiesWhy Join Us?
