About the Role Due to consistent growth and diversity over recent years, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our professional construction team.
Working in a team environment you will be involved in an array of projects working under the direct supervision of the Construction Manager. We are seeking an experienced, organised and professional self-motivated individual to be part of our exciting upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities Scheduling, managing sites and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and team members efficiently.The ability to organise construction works safely, in accordance with our WHS policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with our WH&S practices and associated legislations including quality and environmental requirements.Work autonomously to ensure timeframes and deliver within budget without compromising on quality.Experience & Qualifications The successful candidate must have or demonstrate:
Experience working on commercial/residential construction.Ability to read and understand Architectural & Structural Engineers plans.Ability to read and understand Structural Steel.Basic knowledge of Australian Standards, methods of construction.The ability to work effectively under pressure to meet critical deadlines.Work with a high level of integrity and demonstrate a high level of customer care.Computer literacy, including competency in the use of Microsoft Project.Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with contractors and clients.Previous experience as a site supervisor on construction.A relevant trade and/or building related tertiary qualification.What's in it for you?
