We cannot wait to help you develop your skills and knowledge further.Your responsibilities: Supervise all landfill operations of Springmount site.Maintain cost-effective, efficient and safe waste services.Enhance new business by liaising with existing and new contacts whilst exceeding customer service levels.Communicate with drivers and ensure vehicles are maintained to required safety standards.Be prepared to operate machinery and drive trucks in times of staff shortage.Onsite environmental reporting.Assist management in identifying areas for investment that will improve efficiency and revenue.Who you are: Operational capability within waste or heavy industry.Ability to drive and improve processes and procedures.Heavy machinery experience is a must.Excellent verbal and written communication.Excellent organisational skills.Understanding of clients' requirements.Influencing and negotiating skills.Team player, willing to pitch in, support and help when required.Are you with us?
