We are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team, who will be focused on building client homes within a dedicated building zone. In this role, you will be supported by our in-house construction administration team, Construction Managers, and Building Managers to achieve your WIP.Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision of our homes during construction and for project delivery within agreed time frames and budgets.

Responsibilities will include: Supervise multiple builds from slab to hand-overCommunicate effectively with trades, office staff, and clients (during on-site client meetings)Thorough understanding of scope of works, engineering specifications, and drawingsExcellent time management and prioritization skillsBe able to work unsupervised and as part of a teamPossess the ability to solve problems promptly and have a can-do attitude (own the issue or problem)Competent technology and IT skillsProcurement of resources and coordinating contractors in order to deliver projects according to schedulesSupervise subcontractors to ensure all standards, regulations, and codes are met, including quality, costs, schedules, or safety issuesReview of all JHA's, SWMS's, and work procedures and make recommendations where requiredTo be successful in this role you will be required to have: A proven track record of delivering high-quality homesStrong focus on OH&SAbility to deliver quality builds on time and budgetWhat we can offer you: Great job security and opportunity for growthFantastic staff benefits, including a vehicle for workSupport from a skilled management teamIf you are the kind of person that wants to be part of a great team whilst building a broad range of products, then you should apply.To arrange a conversation in confidence please contact:Sean Joyce, Assistant Building Manager at or
