Site Supervisor - Civils Location: Perth
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in civil engineering. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing on-site activities, ensuring the successful execution of civils projects.
Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols. Lead and coordinate construction activities, including subcontractor management and resource allocation. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact timelines or quality. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with civil engineering specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Assist in the implementation of quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are maintained. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civils projects is essential.
