Our client is a custom multi-residential low-rise tier 3 apartment & commercial builder who is best known for delivering bespoke, architecturally designed projects. With a strong focus on client service, this business takes pride in its ability to deliver and superior service every time. Due to growth, there is space for their next site supervisor to join the team

Opportunity

Reporting into the Cosntruction Manager - Oversee the construction of low-rise multi-res, boutique apartments, and/or semi-commercial buildsCoordinate trades & sub-contractors - carpenters & labourers + others Coordinate materials and supplies on-siteScheduling and programming of each jobEnsuring compliance with OH&S legislationLiaising with clients, internal and external parties;

MUST HAVES:

Experience with low-rise boutique apartments, and townhome projects, and or tier 3 semi-commercial builds;Excellent communication skills (be the face of the company)Act as a mentor to the trades on-site and be open to trade allocation;Experience dealing with retention systems;Sound knowledge of building workflow practices;Understanding of construction, techniques, terminology, costs and be able to communicate this in Layman's terms;Passion for architecture and quality building;Well across site managing basement construction;Qualified Carpentry trade background (essential);Full Australian Working Rights;
