An award winning builder who put a focus on maintaining their family feel while delivering large scale commercial projects. You will support the Senior Site Manager as a Site Supervisor on a large scale redevelopment project. With a clear progression pathway within the company to further your career. Your responsibilities will include:Site management and safety supervision of subcontractors, whilst ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard;Actively contributing to the pre-contracts/delivery team efforts in development of construction methodologies, delivery strategies etc;Developing, establishing and maintaining the master program in MS Project;Contributing to the identification of and response to project risks and opportunities;Review and updating the program weekly (or monthly) with subcontractors;Reviewing and assisting with variations and claims.You will bring: Site supervisory experience circa 3-7 years Must have building structures experience across suspended slabs, column walls and precast, crane schemes and steelwork To apply for the role click on the link.
