This builder is looking for a motivated Site Supervisor to join their Cairns team on a permanent full time basis.
As a key member of the team, you'll find yourself immersed in a supportive and collaborative work environment.
The Role:Supervise and manage day-to-day operationsEnsure projects are planned and delivered according to agreed scope, timelines, and financial targetsAttend project sites and participate in site meetings as neededEnsure construction is carried out accuratelyDemonstrate strong leadershipLead by example and ensure compliance with company culture and proceduresProactively plan workflow on a daily basis to meet specificationsEnsure all projects health & safety requirements are metThe Person:A stable career history within the construction industryAt least 3-5 years in a management role within constructionForeman experience with a reputable mid tier or upper tier would be an advantageThe ability to work to and meet deadlinesWell organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honestStrong knowledge of market conditions, construction techniques, and industry standardsIf you are ready for the next step in your career, hit "apply now" or for more information please contact Hannah Meakin on or email .
