National Construction Company | Work Within a Tight Knit Team! Work on a Large Health Project! Our client is an established construction company with a very recognisable name in the Queensland construction scene.
This builder is looking for a motivated Site Supervisor to join their Cairns team on a permanent full time basis. As a key member of the team, you'll find yourself immersed in a supportive and collaborative work environment.
The Role: Supervise and manage day-to-day operations Ensure projects are planned and delivered according to agreed scope, timelines, and financial targets Attend project sites and participate in site meetings as needed Ensure construction is carried out accurately Demonstrate strong leadership Lead by example and ensure compliance with company culture and procedures Proactively plan workflow on a daily basis to meet specifications Ensure all projects health & safety requirements are met The Person: A stable career history within the construction industry At least 3-5 years in a management role within construction Foreman experience with a reputable mid tier or upper tier would be an advantage The ability to work to and meet deadlines Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest Strong knowledge of market conditions, construction techniques, and industry standards If you are ready for the next step in your career, hit "apply now" or for more information please contact Hannah Meakin on 0431 725 884 or email .
