We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane, specialising in commercial fit-outs, particularly within the fast food sector. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of industry legislation, regulations, and codes of practice to ensure the smooth operation of worksite(s).
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate efficient project execution.Provide leadership and direction to the on-site team, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.Monitor progress and performance, addressing any issues promptly to keep projects on track.Ideal Candidate: Holds a trade qualification in carpentry with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.Has a proven background in commercial fit-outs, specifically within the fast food or restaurant sector.Demonstrates a results-driven mindset with a strong emphasis on accountability.Exhibits excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clarity and precision in all interactions.Thrives in a fast-paced team environment and effectively manages competing priorities.MC Labour offers excellent pay rates and conditions and in turn expects reliable, dedicated and energetic workers to ensure our clients' satisfaction.
