About the Job We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to ensure a smooth day-to-day running of our SINO branch on a family-friendly 8/6 roster. You will be a strong safety leader and supervisor of our dynamic team in the fast-paced mining environment.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:
Ensure Occupational Health and Safety standards are met and demonstrate strong communication and leadership in this area.Consistently work to improve equipment availability to ensure that all hires can be met including the servicing and repair of equipment.Provide reports and stats for the Branch Manager on servicing and KPIs.Provide first-class Customer Service at all times.Ensure materials and labour are allocated efficiently to avoid waste or downtime.Ensure workshop parts and consumables are stocked and R&M parts are ordered in a timely manner.Ensure Service Technicians are undertaking their daily tasks set out and agreed by the Branch Manager and ensure night crews follow and adhere to report parameters set.Coordinate and facilitate equipment servicing schedules and breakdowns.Attend all pre-start and customer required meetings.Represent Onsite as its safety Representative and undertake all appropriate training as required.Ensure Onsite business systems are fully utilised.Create and off-hire equipment through Baseplan including management of those hire agreements.Communicate with customers to identify their needs and provide equipment rental solutions, with a view of converting all sales opportunities and adding value for the customer.Action exception reports and rejected invoices to ensure month-end procedures are followed and completed.Complete general branch administration tasks.Skills and Experience Proven safety leadership experience.Experience in rental, industrial, construction or related industry.Valid motor vehicle license.High risk work license.Commitment to safety.Strong Leadership skills.Ability to communicate clearly: verbal and written.Ability to multi-task effectively.Benefits and Perks At Onsite, we are committed to creating a positive workplace culture, and we provide a range of benefits to assist our employees in their personal and professional lives, including:
