Site Supervisor, Balance of Plant Mechanical (BoPm)Permanent Full-Time opportunityLocation: Cooma, NSWRoster of 14 days in, 7 days outCamp accommodation is providedJoin a leading player in the hydropower and renewable energy sector and contribute to the future of decarbonization!Role OverviewAs the Site Supervisor, BoPm, you'll oversee the erection of the BoPm scope for the Snowy project, including Station Cranes, Water Systems, HVAC, and more. Ensure safety, quality, and budget compliance in all project tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and optimize work scope.Mitigate safety and quality risks.Communicate effectively with subcontractors.Monitor and report progress.Identify and correct non-conformities.Support quality management and inspections.QualificationsDiploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in large hydro power projects or similar industries.Proficient in balance of plant mechanical systems.Strong team player with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.Fluent in English, both verbal and written.Fully computer literate (Microsoft Office).RequirementsPass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol test, and police check.Ability to work underground and in confined spaces.Typical roster: 14 days in, 7 days out (camp accommodation provided).Apply with CV to this job ad, or for an initial expression of interest please contact Nick Shearing at the NES Fircroft Sydney office.
