Site Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve JAVA application issues.
• Write and maintain scripts using Python, Shell, or Bash.
• Administer and maintain Unix/Linux environments.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or
Cassandra.
• Create and manage shell scripts for automation and process improvement.
• Manage and configure Apache Tomcat servers.
• Utilize monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, or Data Dog to ensure system
performance and availability.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of
applications.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Proficiency in JAVA application troubleshooting.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python/Shell/Bash).
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Extensive experience in SQL writing and optimization.
• Familiarity with one or more databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Cassandra.
• Competence in shell scripting.
• Experience managing Apache Tomcat servers.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, or Data Dog.
• Basic understanding of DevOps pipeline creation and maintenance.
Good-to-Have Qualifications:
• Knowledge of ITIL/TISM processes.
• Experience with Change and Deployment Management.
