Veolia has an exciting role in leadership position as a Site Operations Manager on one of our strategic client sites in Portland, 3305. Veolia supplies a wide range of services to our client and we are offering someone a position to lead a tactical team of personnel to ensure we deliver a high level of value to our customer.

What you'll be responsible for Management of all service operations on the Portland site Compliance and risk management activities, including site/field metrics and key safety maintenance actions Careful and proactive client stakeholder relationship management as well as management with other external and third party stakeholders. Monitoring of and reporting on performance against KPIs with a view to contract obligations and continuous improvement.
What you'll need to be successful
Strong contemporary management style, enhancing a strong positive site culture and set of values.
An outcomes focused manager
Previous experience in management of multi discipline services contract
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
Valid Drivers Licence
Technical Background (engineering or trade)
Any technical understanding of protective coating and/or scaffolding will be highly regarded
