Site Managers - Architecturally Design Homes and TownhousesWe are looking an experienced site manager for high end architecturally designed homes and townhouses.Responsibility includes: Day-to-day running of the site.Engaging, vetting and managing subcontractorsEnsuring that the site is run to the highest level of safetyLiaising with the Project Manager, ensure that costs are controlled through good site managementEnsuring good relationships with established neighbours. Reducing risk by ensuring that traffic management and pedestrian management plans are in place and adhered to, and all records are in place.Ensuring all regulations are adhered to. Ensure the quality of the job meets the standards expectedProvide up-to-date reporting on all aspects of the job. Requirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in residential construction, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.Experience in the local Gold Coast industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field if preferable. There is a generous salary package available This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation with substantial financial backing in its expansion phase.
